Well, over the weekend Sasha passed away leaving Ivan all by himself. She started to eat less and got colder, even when heated with a heating pad. Ivan, Mary Ann and I are both very sad that she is gone and will miss her as much as we miss Mippi.
Ivan opened his eyes on Sunday (day 9) which puts him at about 10-12 days old. He is looking around and exploring, though his coordination doesn’t let him do very much exploring. He likes to snuggle and purrs while you pet or feed him. We even gave his claws a little trimming.
