For a few weeks I have been working on a replacement for Movable Type. I decided on Word Press because it was simple and easy to use, but still powerful enough for my meager needs. I have also been working with Gallery 1.5′s Release Candidates and integrating the two items.
Today I have switched to Word Press for the main page, and I have updated Gallery to 1.5. I have also included the modification I designed called “micro thumb navigation” for when you are viewing an image in the gallery.
There will probably be some minor issues with how the site looks. I mostly use Firefox, so I think it looks pretty good in that. I do a little testing with Internet Explorer, and it doesn’t look as good. It is layed out slightly different (mostly by just a few pixels) and some elements don’t behave properly. Asside from that, it would seem entirely usable though.
